Owner & Founder
The founder and owner of Employer Payroll Solutions (EPS) is W. A. "Tony" Boyd a Florida native who has been full-time in the payroll industry since 1996. Tony was taught to do payroll in the family citrus business and began processing payroll during citrus harvesting seasons dating back to the early 1970's.

Office Manager
She has been with Employer Payroll Solutions since it opened in 2011. She currently holds the position of Office Manager at Employer Payroll solutions and EPS Bookkeeping Solutions. Her work carrier includes... Manager at the Winter Haven Municipal Federal Credit Union and full-time bookkeeper for a family-owned plumbing company.
Meet Aurelien
Processing
Aurelien is part of the Processing team. In his free time he plays drums at his church and on Friday's you can find him in the kitchen at the office cooking lunch for the staff.
Meet Wyatt
Agriculture
Wyatt has been with the company since 2014. He services our agricultural clients and coordinates the H2A program. When not at the office you can find him on the boat fishing.

Payroll Services
Alison has 10 years experience with Employer Payroll Solutions. Her passion is ministry and on Sunday's she helps in the Children's Ministry at her church. In her free time, you can find her at Disney spending time with her family.
Meet Krysta
Client Relations
Krysta was born and raised in Winter Haven, Florida. She has spent the past 25 years in Banking and Leadership Management. Krysta is the Community Relations Specialist at Employer Payroll, where she joined in November 2022. In this role, she is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the local community, including the Chamber of Commerce and other organizations. She is also responsible for developing and executing outreach programs to promote Employer Payroll and its services.
